Since every player and their skill level is slightly different, I modify my coaching technique based on the individual I'm working with. I gauge the personality of the player, their sportsmanship, drive, skill level, and potential talent. Based off those traits I can determine the best coaching style to use.

Kyle has been a part of the Guilford Boys Bowling Program since he was a player on the team. He moved his way up from JV, to varsity, and after graduation became the assistant coach. He's held this position for 5 years and is always a great source of positivity as well as knowledge.
