Registration Questions

8To18 is what the district uses for ALL school sports program registrations. You MUST have them registered within one week of the bowling season begining at the latest. Students who are not enrolled by the time the registration period ends will be removed from the bowling program.

Yes. With that said, this step of things is a headcount and helps us get orgainized early as well as with the ordering of schools bowling shirts. The most important step is registration through 8To18 which has to do with the district.


Program Questions

We use Park Lanes in Loves Park. Practice is on Tuesdays and Fridays from 5pm to 6pm throughout the bowling season.
Please be on time picking up your athletes(s).

The number of students vary from year to year. Our 2024 season had 53 athletes.

Yes. If you choose to come and watch your athlete(s) bowl, you're more than welcome to join us. We do ask that you stay seated behind where players are stationed and coaching playes is prohibited.

Yes. If you choose to purchase food/snacks for your athlete(s), please remind them;

  1. Do Not to eat with your primary hand
  2. Do Not forget to watch for your turn
  3. Do Not leave your garbage behind when you're done eating

NOTE: If allowing food becomes a problem at ANY point in the current or upcoming year, it will be restricted for everyone during practice.


Bus Questions

Yes. Every day that's a school day with bowling practice afterwards has bus transportation provided. The bus runs only one direction, which is to the alley from the school. Bus transportation is NOT provided on days which practice or matches occur that are NOT school days.

No. Taking the bus is optional.

The bus is scheduled to arrive at 4:15pm in the front of Eisenhower. There are times it does run late. Unfortunately, we have no control over the time the bus will arive at the school or drop off athletes at the alley.

Yes. Bowling equipment is allowed on the bus.

We meet in the cafeteria/lunch room after school releases.


School Questions

Yes. There is a room designated for this purpose. Students can come in through the athletic door or through the front door to reach this room (map below).

No. Bowling practice takes place after school hours, off of school property, so we do not enforce the district dress code.

No. Students who have ANY failing grades must correct them in order to bowl. We are notified every week of any student who is ineligable to partisipate.

No. Students who are any of the above are ineligable to partisipate during the timeframes of their punishment.
